For more than 90 years, commercial and private vehicle rentals have been flexible transport solutions. With a challenging reputational management the reputation and brand should be strengthened.

Challenge
Even though Europcar is the largest global car rental company, there were gaps in reputation management. Google My Business was the main focus. So it was not the umbrella brand Europcar that needed to be strengthened, but the local stations required special support from reputativ® GmbH.

Implementation

For a car rental company such as Europcar, a positive image is therefore particularly important, as local negative reviews affect the entire company. As a result of the interaction, Europcar gained significantly in reputation. Online PR measures were also taken to strengthen the brand itself.

Result
Thanks to Europcar’s interactive actions, the rating average for Google My Business improved significantly. In addition, the Europcar brand was strengthened through online PR.
